RETURN POLICY

 

How can I cancel my order?
Your order can be cancelled provided it has not been shipped out from our fulfilment centre, simply contact our Customer Service team for assistance. However, if your order is already in transit, unfortunately we can no longer cancel or modify the order, you can either;
- refuse to receive the item and we will process it as cancellation with the initial shipping cost non-refundable. 
- or contact our Customer Service team to perform the return process.
 
Can I exchange items from my order?
We currently do not offer exchange service, should an exchange or replacement be required, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance on order returns and placing a new order. Should a resend of order due to items missing in the original package, the related extra shipping cost will be covered by us.
 
How do I make a returns?
We gladly accept returns due to defective merchandise or products at full-priced, unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags, accessories, manuals, documentation, and packaging, within 14 days from the day of your purchase.
 
If you wish to return your order or items, you MUST contact our Customer Service team and submit your Return Request BEFORE shipping any items back to us, as all un-registered items will be rejected.
 
When submitting your Return Request, you are required to provide your reasons for the return in order for our Customer Service team to review and approve your request. Please note that wrong style, colour or size are usually not regarded as legitimate reasons for a return.
 
Once your Return Request has been approved, we will provide you with a case number and return address for returning the item(s).  Please wrap your return item(s) safely and securely to avoid damage during transit and send off the package immediately, as all approved returns must reach back to us within 14 days from the Return Request approved date, any items received after this period maybe rejected and we will not be liable for any extra re-delivery cost that may have incurred.
 
Steps for making a return:
1.    Contact our Customer Service team and provide your return reason(s) for Return Request registration.
2.    Our Customer Care Officer will review the submitted information of the Return Request.
3.    Once your Return Request has been approved, a case number and Returns Form will be provided to you.
4.    Please Print out the Returns Form issued to you by our Customer Care Officer.
5.    Complete the Returns Form and include in the return items/ package.
6.    Send off the package back to us at the designated Returns address.
 
Does it cost to make a return?
You will be responsible for all return freight charges, please note that all customs duties and sales taxes (where applicable) are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
We strongly recommend that you take reasonable care of your return items by wrapping them safely and securely to avoid damage in transit and take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the items.
 
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
All returns will be refunded through your original payment method. Please allow 14 business days from the date we receive your return package to process your return and refund.
 
Will my returns be rejected?
TEMPS reserves the right to deny or reject any returns if the merchandise are damaged, not in its original condition or does not meet our Return Policy requirements. In such case our Customer Care agent will try to contact you, and the original item(s) will be returned to you. If the package is undeliverable and returned to our returns department, it will be destroyed after 30 days.
